He is a victim of large scale corruption in the bureaucracy. These mafias cannot exist without patronage by the Politicians. Such Corrupt politicians could not exist without the mandate of the people. It is unbelievable that Police did not know the existence of such mafias or do not have nexus with them.
India's Law and order could be kept under control with the existing law. The law enforcing agencies yield to the fancies of the Politicians in order to curry financial and other favours. Politicians in general are corrupt. They cannot corrupt the country without the assistance of bureaucrats.
India is a country of few rich peoples who could purchase anything they want. Bureaucrats toying with the ideas of mafias are like children playing with fierce and venomous snake. Brutal killings are just peanuts for them. Beware bureaucrats, never trust their loyalty. If the system is not cleared, though you may be a strict law enforcing authority all your dreams and your family's dreams could be put at stakes by irresponsible, uneducated, freak, unpatriotic, disorderly, unruly, ill begotten, ill broughtup, unethical, enemies of the State - Mafias.
Democracy is a system in which 51 fools could rule over 49 geniuses. By electing corrupt politicians we corrupt the system in which our generations would live perpetually at the mercy of mafias run by them. Choice is with us. We deserve our Government.
